AMIGA (Electrical LOVERS, Tokyo)



DJ AMIGA (also known as Electrical LOVERS) is a Japanese electrical musician. She started her musical career in 2001 as the brains of the electronic music unit Electrical LOVERS, with her first single titled “Imaginary Project.” Her second single “Double Helix” was regarded highly in the world, where it attracted Norman Cook to be incorporated in Fat Boy Slim’s ‘Live On Brighton Beach-BIG BEACH BOUTIQUE’ DVD. Mixmaster Morris was also taken to it and he included it in his mix CD ‘Ambient meditations4 God bless the chilled.’ Recently busy with providing music for CM’s, DVD’s and motion picture soundtracks, she has also been appointed to the Music Producer of Roppongi Hill’s ‘SKY AQUARIUM.’ While AMIGA stages the reception parties for world’s top brands such as Tiffany, Calvin Klein, Cartier, FENDI,  DIESEL, NIKE, UNIQLO and ARMANI, she DJs at the top underground parties in Tokyo with her unique mix of eletronic music. In addition, she was also invited to DJ for F1 Japanese GP and European Union’s 50th Anniversary party in Tokyo. Since its grand open, in 2007, she has been a residential DJ for one of the Tokyo’s most fashionable hotel, The Peninsula Tokyo. She has succeeded in LIVE & DJ Tours in the United States, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Beijing and Hong Kong in the People’s Republic of China.

AMIGA (Electrical LOVERS)


2001年よりElectrical LOVERSとして活動をスタートさせる。セカンドシングル「二重螺旋」はノーマン・クックの耳にとまり、FAT BOY SLIMの「Live On Brighton beach-BIG BEACH BOUTIQUE」（DVD作品）や Mixmaster MorrisのMIXCD「Ambient meditations4 God bless the chilled」に使用されるなど、内外から高い評価を得ている。
作曲、プログラミングからMix Down までトータル・プロデュースを行い、映像作品への楽曲提供も多数行っている。2005年からキューピーマヨネーズのラジオCMを制作。最新作は「風ととうもろこし」編。
2007年、2008年と、六本木Hills 52Fの水族館「SKY AQUARIUM」のサウンド・プロデュースを手がける。
DJとしての活動は、Tiffany、Cartier、FENDI、ARMANI、DIESEL、NIKE、ユニクロ などのパーティーやファッションショーの音楽演出からアンダーグラウンドパーティーまで、幅広い音楽知識を生かした独自のエレクトリック・サウンドで、全国はもとより、韓国、中国、台湾、香港、マレーシア、ロシアでもプレイ。
2007年9月より、ペニンシュラ東京のレジデントDJに。10月よりエストネーション店舗のサウンド・プロデュース。2008年12月からHOUSE NATIONのレジデントDJに。2009年７月奄美皆既日食音楽祭に出演。８月Nintendo DSのソフト「ぷよぷよ７」のテレビCMに出演。
